Built In Factories
The advantages of built-in factories are avoiding problems in factory construction, cost efficiency, less time consumption, and stable operation. Therefore, many FDI companies, especially small and medium ones, tend to look for built-in factories to minimize risks and initial cost of investment. HIPC offers built-in factories for rent with the total area up to 4,000 m2 to fulfill customers' need of machinery layout for production, support investors who want to open small factories to test the markets and investment environment before making decision.
In addition, HIPC provides full of utilities and comprehensive infrastructure to support companies:
- Electricity system is installed and managed by EVN, ensure stable supply for production.
- Traffic system is completed, and frequently has maintenance check to secure safety and convenience.
- Water supply system (30,000 m3/day) is installed to reach every corner to serve all factories.
- Centralized wastewater treatment system (18,000 m3/day) collects wastewater from all factories and do treatment to achieve proper standards.
